	3 May 2011 - UNIC Dhaka, Universal Peace Federation (UPF) and Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) jointly organized a Discussion Meeting at Dhaka Business and Professional Women’s Club Auditorium to commemorate the International Day of Families 2011.

	2nd April 2011- In observance of World Autism Awareness Day UNIC Dhaka jointly with Comilla Medical College and Bangladesh Protibondhi Foundation (BPF) organized a discussion programme and art exhibition.

	30 March 2011- UNIC Dhaka and Institute of Social Welfare and Research (ISWR) of Dhaka University jointly organized a discussion, poetry recitation and drama in observance of Int’l Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Slavery and Trans- Atlantic Slave Trade 2011.

	19-23 March 2011- In connection with the UN Youth Champion Monique Coleman’s visit to Bangladesh UNIC Dhaka organized a number of events with youth groups and students.

	22 March 2011- UNIC Dhaka and Oxford International School (OIS) jointly organized an Art contest, discussion and cultural programme at OIS auditorium in observance of Int’l Women’s Day.

	22-23 January 2011- Dhaka and The Center for Information Studies (CSI) jointly organized a seminar and Training session on Information Literacy at Nurul Haque High School in Narayangonj.

	9 December 2010 - In observance of Human Rights Day 2010 UNIC Dhaka and the Daffodil International University jointly organized a seminar, poetry recitation and short drama at DIU auditorium.

	29 November 2010 - UNIC Dhaka, Nippon Academy and Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) jointly organized a seminar on ‘Progress of MDGs’ in Bangladesh at CUET auditorium.

	25 November 2010 - UNIC Dhaka launched the UNCTAD LDC Report through a press conference and round table discussion at CIRDAP auditorium.

	15 November 2010 - UNIC Dhaka organized a Video Conference on Holocaust and Wansee Conference Hall along with several other UNICs of Asia and Africa region.

	12 November 2010 - UN Library Network in Bangladesh of UNIC and the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) jointly organized a day-long workshop on Content Management in Knowledge Centres and MDG Achievement in Bangladesh at ULAB training room.

	31 October-1 November 2010 - UNIC Dhaka and the Centre for Information Studies (CIS) jointly organized a two day-long Training program on Information Literacy and MDGs at Vadughar Mahbubul Haque Poura Pilot High School in Brahmanbaria.

	18-25 October 2010 - UNIC Dhaka, Alliance Francais, and Hope Multimedia Jointly organized a week-long poster Exhibition on MDG at Alliance Francais Art Gallery in Dhaka.

	14 October 2010 - UNIC Dhaka formally launch the UNCTAD Information Economy Report 2010 through a press Conference at Dhaka Reporters Unity auditorium on 14 October 2010.

	4 October 2010 - In observance of World Habitat Day UNIC Dhaka, the Daffodil International University (DIU) and the Rupantar(cultural organization) jointly organized a rally , seminar and cultural function at the University auditorium.

	16-18 September 2010 - Anti- Poverty Platform, UNMC, UNIC Dhaka and other partner organizations organized a number of anti poverty programmes under “Stand Up Against Proverty Campaign” during 16 to18 September.

	25 August 2010 - Mr.Kazi Ali Reza, the executive Director of the UNIC Dhaka delivered lecture on “Climate change and its impact” to the members of Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) and BIWT as a part of foundation Course.

	21 July 2010 - UNIC Dhaka organized a workshop on ‘Video contest on MDGs- Citizen Ambassador to the UN’ on 21 July 2010.

	12-13 June 2010 - UNIC Dhaka and the Centre for Information Studies (CIS) jointly organized a two day-long Training programme on Information Literacy and MDGs at Gunoboti B.L High School at Chauddagram Upazilla of Comilla District.

	6 June 2010 - In observance of International Biodiversity Year and World Enviornment Day UNIC Dhaka, UN Youth and Student Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB), Dhaka International University and Russian Centre of Science and Culture (RCSC) jointly organized a number of programmes that included discussion, video show, quiz contests and cultural show.

	26 May 2010 - In order to facilitate the access to UN information, UNIC Dhaka opened a UN Reference Corner at East-West University Library.

	16 May 2010 - In observance of International Day of Families a seminar was jointly organized by UNIC Dhaka and World Wide Family Love Movement.The seminar was presided over by Aurther Erken, UN Resident Coordinator in Bangladesh and chief guest was Dr. Shirin Chowdhury MP , State Minister of Ministry of Women and Children Affairs.

	3-4 April 2010 - UNIC Dhaka and the Centre for Information Studies (CIS) jointly organized a two day-long Training on Information Literacy and MDGs at Batisa High School, Comilla.

	1-2 April, 2010: UNIC Dhaka, Bangladesh Protibondhi Foundation (BPF) and Russian Centre of Science and Culture (RCSC) jointly organized a two-day long programme that included Discussion, Magic Show and Art Exhibition at RCSC Auditorium in Dhaka to observe the World Autism Awareness Day.

	23 January, 2010: UNIC Dhaka organized a discussion program and UN Quiz Contest on MDGs at Ratanpur Abdullah High School at Nabinagar Thana of Brahmanbaria District.

	10 December, 2009: In observance of Human Rights Day, UNIC Dhaka and the Daffodil International University jointly organized a seminar, poetry recitation and short drama at the University auditorium.

	26 October, 2009: To mark the United Nations Day and to promote UN4U campaign, UNIC Dhaka and Scholastica School jointly organized a UN quiz, discussion, video show and cultural event at STM Hall of Scholastica.

	25 October, 2009: In observance of UN Day 2009, UNIC Dhaka, UN Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB) and the Voice of Business jointly organized a Seminar at Dhaka University business faculty auditorium.

	19 October, 2009: In commemoration of UN Day 2009 and to promote the UN4U outreach campaigning, UNIC Dhaka jointly with St. Placid School and Nippon Academy, Chittagong organized a discussion, UN quiz contest and a video presentation at the school premises.

	16-18 October, 2009: UNIC Dhaka and UN Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB) jointly organized a number of programs all over Bangladesh that included seminar, discussion, demonstration, debate, speech contest, video show, pledge reading and human chain to observe the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.

	3 September, 2009: A briefing program was organized by UNIC, Dhaka, for a group of 24 college librarians who were attending a training course at National Academy for Educational Management (NAEM)

	17 August, 2009: In observance of International Youth Day, an interactive discussion program was jointly organized by UNIC Dhaka, UNV and UN Youth and Students Association at IDB Bhaban, Dhaka.

	6 August, 2009: A Human Chain and Signature Campaign was organized on 6 August at Dhaka University campus to mark the Hiroshima Day.

	20-21 June: To promote the MDG campaign throughout the country, UNIC Dhaka organized a series of UN Quiz Contests on MDGs in four educational institutions in Bogra District.

	20 June, 2009: In order to facilitate the access to UN information to the school students, UNIC, Dhaka, opened a UN Reference Corner at Bogra Zilla School library.

	4 June, 2009: A Round-table discussion was organized by UNIC Dhaka and UN Youth & Students Association of Bangladesh in order to observe the World Environment Day.

	2 June, 2009: A video conference session on climate change was held at UNIC Dhaka and coordinated by by UNEP, Nairobi, students from 5 cities around the globe took part in it.

	8 March, 2009: A debate contest was jointly organized by UNV, UNIC Dhaka and Notre Dame College in observance of International Women's Day.
